What is the role?


We are looking for a Personal Assistant who will report directly to the Chief Executive Officer.


What you’ll be responsible:


  • Acting as the first point of contact: managing correspondence and phone calls
  • Managing diaries and organizing meetings and appointments, often controlling access
  • Booking and arranging travel, transport, and accommodation
  • Liaising with employees, suppliers, and clients as necessary
  • Assisting with daily business activities
  • Managing executive communication and preparing correspondence
  • Executing daily operational and organizational tasks
  • Planning and coordinating meetings and appointments
  • Ensuring effective communication and coordination between the team and executive management
  • Organizing personal commitments, including travel or childcare

We are looking for a passionate professional who has:


  • A Bachelor’s degree and a minimum 3 years of experience in a similar position
  • The ability to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment
  • Advanced planning and organizing skills
  • Excellent knowledge of MS Office programs
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills in English
  • Discretion and trustworthiness, as you will often be privy to confidential information
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • The ability to be proactive and take initiative, with tact and diplomacy
  • Preferably residing on the Anatolian side
