About Role
As the Performance Marketing Manager, you will lead the development and execution of performance marketing strategies that drive high-quality traffic and customer engagement across multiple channels. You will oversee remarketing efforts, aggregate performance data from various campaigns, and collaborate with leading external agencies while building an in-house performance marketing practice. This role is ideal for a data-driven marketer who thrives on optimizing campaigns and scaling growth initiatives.
In this position, you will work closely with cross-functional teams, including Product, Data Science, and Web Analytics, to ensure alignment with business goals and overall success.
Your Responsibilities
- Develop & Execute Performance Marketing Strategy: Design and implement data-driven marketing campaigns across Google Ads, social media, programmatic, and other digital channels, focusing on high-impact remarketing strategies.
- Campaign Aggregation & Optimization: Continuously monitor and aggregate performance data across channels, optimizing campaigns for key performance indicators (KPIs) such as conversion rate, cost per acquisition (CPA), return on ad spend (ROAS), and overall customer lifetime value (CLV).
- Collaboration with Agencies & In-House Practice Development: Lead and manage relationships with top digital agencies to execute campaigns while concurrently building and growing an in-house performance marketing function to enhance agility and expertise within the team.
- Budget Management: Oversee and manage the performance marketing budget, ensuring cost efficiency and maximum ROI and making strategic adjustments based on performance data and business objectives.
- Data Analysis & Reporting: Monitor, analyze, and report on campaign performance, providing actionable insights for continuous improvement and strategic decision-making.
- Collaborate Cross-Functionally: Work closely with Product, Data Science, Business Intelligence, and UI/UX teams to align marketing efforts with business goals and ensure the seamless integration of marketing initiatives into broader company strategies.
- A/B Testing & Experimentation: Conduct regular A/B tests on ad creatives, landing pages, and other elements to optimize campaign performance, maximize conversions, and enhance the overall customer journey.
- Lead Acquisition & Conversion: Focus on lead generation and remarketing strategies, ensuring a seamless user experience from ad interaction to conversion and continuously refining customer acquisition pathways.
- Stay Updated on Industry Trends: Stay informed about the latest digital marketing trends, tools, and best practices to maintain a competitive edge in the market.
Your Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or a related field.
- Minimum 7 years of experience in performance marketing, preferably in a high-traffic or e-commerce environment.
- Proven expertise in managing Google Ads, programmatic advertising, and other PPC channels, with hands-on experience in remarketing strategies.
- Strong analytical skills and experience using tools like Google Analytics
- Experience with A/B testing, conversion rate optimization (CRO), and performance data aggregation across multiple platforms.
- Ability to manage large budgets and deliver measurable results.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate with external agencies and internal teams.
- Fluency in English is required.
