We are looking for a talented “Performance Marketing Lead” to join our energetic and highly motivated team.

Some of your responsibilities
  • Establish and lead the Istanbul POC team, ensuring alignment with best practices and processes implemented in our headquarters.
  • Manage and optimize performance marketing campaigns across multiple channels, including Google, Meta, TikTok, and other ad networks, by making data-driven decisions.
  • Analyze data and provide insights to improve campaign performance, while quickly understanding and utilizing our predictive models.
  • Develop and implement growth strategies, focusing on user acquisition, retention, and overall app growth.
  • Continuously conduct A/B tests to uncover and implement new strategies based on the results, ensuring optimal performance.
  • Having a command of general principles of creative best practices and implementing them into creative processes.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive creative and innovative solutions.
  • Monitor and adapt to the latest digital marketing trends to stay ahead in the industry.
What We Look For:
  • Experience: Minimum of 2 years in the mobile app or gaming sector, with a total of at least 5 years of experience.
  • Data Analysis: Strong ability to analyze and interpret data, with a deep understanding of cohort analysis and attribution models.
  • UA Channel Expertise: Proficiency in managing large budgets on platforms like Google Ads, Meta, TikTok, and knowledge of networks such as AppLovin and Unity.
  • Creative Vision: A keen eye for what works creatively, with the ability to craft effective creative briefs and understand best practices.
  • Leadership & Communication: Excellent communication skills, a passion for teaching, and the ability to lead and inspire a team.
  • Technical Proficiency: Familiarity with tools such as Appsflyer, Adjust, Google Analytics, and a general understanding of tech platforms.
  • Growth Mindset: Eagerness to learn, adapt, and innovate, with a focus on continuous improvement.
  • Team Collaboration: Ability to work seamlessly with cross-functional teams, maintaining a positive and productive team culture.
  • Creativity: Ability to think outside the box and generate innovative ideas that challenge the status quo.
