Job Overview
We are looking for People Services Time to Pay (T2P)/Payroll Manager to join our People Services team.
Key Responsibilities
  • Managing end to end payroll process (both for white-collar and blue-collar employees) for Turkey and Levant countries
  • Seeing gaps and proactively improving processes
  • Managing the calculations for payroll, related to the collective labor agreement
  • Managing and controlling the hiring and exit transactions of employees according to regulations
  • Managing personnel files of the employees regarding legal documentations
  • Coordination of declaration of monthly legal information to Social Security and related institutions
  • Managing daily attendance, absenteeism, overtime of employees
  • Controlling monthly payroll and payments of employees
  • Following up changes in Labor regulations
  • Coordination of legal deductions, family situation documents and health reports of the employees
  • Providing required support to internal and external audits
  • Following up related legal processes for nonTurkish employees
  • Performing related tasks in Global People and Culture system (Workday) and in local payroll system
  • Preparing and supporting all kind of payroll related reportings in the department (internal, external, legal)
  • Managing and coordinating of benefits administration and operations (Such as private pension, private health insurance, lunch allowance etc...)
  • Participating in the global/regional/local projects in People Services scope
Requirements & Qualifications
  • University Graduate (From related departments i.e. Economy, BA, Labor Economy and Relations...)
  • Advanced English and Turkish
  • Ms Office applications
  • Experience in Social Security, Ministry of Labor, Unemployment Agency relations and processes
  • Competency in planning, time management, data analysis
  • Ability to work in systematic way and details
  • Strong in people relations and communication
Terms of Employment
  • This full-time position does not have people management responsibility.
  • There might be some travel required for this position.
