This is a part-time internship role that will take at least 6 months and below you could see the responsibilities and qualifications:
QUALIFICATIONS
3rd or 4th grade university students preferably in Psychology, Business Administration, Economics, Industrial Engineering, Management Engineering
Flexible schedule to work 3 days a week for min. 6 months
Advanced level of English
Excellent command of MS Office
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Strong analytical skills
JOB DESCRIPTION
Provide support to all People & Culture team in operational tasks
Assist Recruitment processes end-to-end such as interview scheduling
Take active part in new hire onboarding and manage employment contracts
Manage personnel files (creating new and removing terminated)
Assist in the preparation and maintenance of P&C data and records
Prepare announcements and complete translations when needed
Follow up agreement processes with stakeholders
Take part in ongoing projects and follow up on daily activities
