You will:

• Manage  end-to-end employee life cycle and people processes from a high level perspective, including but not limited to: recruitment, onboarding, performance management, learning and development plans, talent development and offboarding
• Implement best practices in talent attraction under your area of responsibility
• Build People and Culture strategies and bring them to execution
• Coach and partner with managers on performance management, talent management, team engagement
• Support the management team in people related topics, gather employee insights, advise the proper course of action on people challenges

Requirements

• Minimum 6 years of HR Business Partner experience
• Prior experience in high growth and fast-paced environment is a plus
• Experience with writing processes and procedures, strategic planning, people management and HR practices
• Fluency in English
• Great analytical skills accompanied with high attention to detail
• The ability to take ownership and responsibility, proactively seek out solutions and opportunities to improve
• Adaptability and flexibility in how you support the team and the needs of the business. You’ll be comfortable working in a dynamic, fast paced environment
• Teamwork, strong communication skills and relationship building
