Some of your responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, including sourcing, interviewing, hiring, and onboarding/offboarding.
- Lead recruitment efforts for Technology, Mobile, and Software Development positions.
- Develop and implement talent acquisition strategies aligned with business goals.
- Establish and update HR policies in line with global standards and company requirements.
- Support organizational growth by implementing best practices from headquarters.
- Contribute to company-wide HR projects that enhance employee experience and engagement.
- Ensure a seamless workplace environment by overseeing office-related operations and needs.
- Drive initiatives that enhance employee satisfaction and engagement.
- Support compensation and benefits processes in collaboration with leadership.
- Contribute to training, career development, and organizational growth initiatives.
- Assist in planning and implementing performance management frameworks.
- Act as a trusted HR advisor for leadership, providing insights on workforce planning and employee relations.
- Foster a culture of high performance and continuous improvement.
- Partner with internal teams to enhance employer branding and talent retention.
What we look for
- Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Human Resources, Business Administration or a related field
- 4+ years of experience in HR, with a strong focus on recruitment and talent management.
- Experience and knowledge in compensation management, performance management, training and organizational development, career management, employer branding, and employee experience
- Proven track record in Technology, Mobile, or Software Development recruitment.
- Experience in implementing new HR processes, policies, or initiatives.
- Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- High adaptability in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
