• Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, including sourcing, interviewing, hiring, and onboarding/offboarding.
• Lead recruitment efforts for Technology, Mobile, and Software Development positions.
• Develop and implement talent acquisition strategies aligned with business goals.
• Establish and update HR policies in line with global standards and company requirements.
• Support organizational growth by implementing best practices from headquarters.
• Contribute to company-wide HR projects that enhance employee experience and engagement.
• Ensure a seamless workplace environment by overseeing office-related operations and needs.
• Drive initiatives that enhance employee satisfaction and engagement.
• Support compensation and benefits processes in collaboration with leadership.
• Contribute to training, career development, and organizational growth initiatives.
• Assist in planning and implementing performance management frameworks.
• Act as a trusted HR advisor for leadership, providing insights on workforce planning and employee relations.
• Foster a culture of high performance and continuous improvement.
• Partner with internal teams to enhance employer branding and talent retention.

• Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Human Resources, Business Administration or a related field
• 4+ years of experience in HR, with a strong focus on recruitment and talent management.
• Experience and knowledge in compensation management, performance management, training and organizational development, career management, employer branding, and employee experience
• Proven track record in Technology, Mobile, or Software Development recruitment.
• Experience in implementing new HR processes, policies, or initiatives.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• High adaptability in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
