Responsibilities include but are not limited to

• Oversee and manage the complete payroll and personnel information processes, ensuring compliance with legal regulations.
• Develop, update, and implement procedures for payroll and personnel matters, with a focus on process efficiency and automation.
• Interpret and apply relevant laws and regulations, keeping the organization informed of updates and adapting processes as needed.
• Record and control personnel data within ERP systems, ensuring accuracy and alignment with global and local policies.
• Enhance and automate payroll processes to streamline operations and improve efficiency.
• Respond to payroll-related inquiries and resolve issues effectively.
