YOUR MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES
- Execution of all recruitment and exit processes,
- Management of payroll processes, including payroll, additional payments, deductions, and file preparation,
- Managing relations and processes with SGK,
- Preparation of necessary documents in lawsuits and legal processes,
- Ensuring communication with subcontractors and their representatives,
- Execution of BES, private health insurance processes,
- Processing employee salary, advance payments,
- Preparation of monthly routine operational reports.
QUALITIES WE'RE LOOKING FOR
- Bachelors or Master’s Degree,
- Preferably having experience in consultancy, cargo, retail and production sectors,
- Minimum 5 years of experience in payroll and personnel department,
- Experience in blue collar payroll processes
- Having knowledge of Payroll, Labor Law, Personnel, SGK regulations,
- Having good planning, prioritizing and organizing skills,
- Proficient at working in Excel,
