Our high retention rate is influenced by a unique compensation program for positions that are more than just jobs - they're chances to grow, do what you love and build a career with us!Job DescriptionRecruitment & Onboarding: Create job postings, coordinate interview processes, and facilitate new employee orientation.Payroll & Payment Processes: Manage monthly payroll, calculate commissions/bonuses, track ESPP and BES (Private Pension System) deductions.Legal Compliance: Prepare Muhtasar (withholding tax) and SGK (Social Security) declarations, handle employee onboarding/offboarding, approve employee leave reports, and submit İŞKUR (Employment Agency) notifications.Systems & Reporting: Maintain up-to-date records in LOGO/EXPO/CONCUR systems, prepare department-based headcount lists, and perform reconciliations for monthly/periodic payments.Administrative & Operational Support: Oversee other management needs, prepare visa documentation, conduct PAF checks, handle severance and release (ibraname) calculations, and manage employee and other insurance processes.QualificationsBachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Economics, or a related fieldAt least 2-3 years of experience in payroll, tax declarations, and social security proceduresProficiency in MS Office (especially Excel); knowledge of LOGO/EXPO/CONCUR is a plusDetail-oriented with strong organizational and reporting skills; results-focusedExcellent communication skills, team player; solid understanding of labor laws and relevant regulationsEnglish proficiencyAdditional InformationAll your information will be kept confidential according to EEO guidelines.
