- Graduated from Labor Economics and Industrial Relations, Business Administration, Economics, Finance, etc. departments of universities
- At least 3 years of experience in payroll, personnel affairs and SSI applications,
- Labor Law No. 4857, Social Security and General Health Insurance Law No. 5510, Occupational Health and Safety Law No. 6331 and incentives and current legislation
- Ability to use Link Techno Payroll and MS Office programs at an advanced level
- PDKS Experienced in scoring applications
- Analytical thinker, result-oriented
- Strong human relations and communication skills
- Strong organization, follow-up and reporting skills
- Completed military service for male candidates
- Residing on the European side.
JOB DESCRIPTION
- To make SGK job entry-exit notifications
- To process and follow up the entire personnel document process (from recruitment to termination) on the physical and digital personnel program
- To check and receive the personal documents of the employees who will start working in accordance with legal regulations
- To realize the notification and calculations of the dismissal procedures of the employees who will leave the job in accordance with the legal regulations
- To ensure that all local legal processes and global notifications of personnel and personnel transactions are fulfilled
- Preparation and follow-up of documents related to disciplinary processes
- Keeping track of annual leaves, calculating leave allowance
- To follow the process of Private Pension, Private Health Insurance and Life Insurance
- Realizing monthly meal card top-ups
- To ensure the records and control of the Personnel Attendance Control System and to report them
- To ensure that practices such as overtime, travel, food, execution are followed up and accrued to payrolls in accordance with the legislation
- To ensure the realization of all necessary follow-up and control transactions regarding wage payments and social rights of employees
- Process and manage all stages of the payroll cycle
- To follow the changes in laws and regulations related to payroll, to update the company's payroll applications
- Keeping payroll-related records up-to-date and accurate, ensuring confidentiality
- To make monthly salary calculations of employees, to organize their payrolls
- Making severance, notice pay and exit calculations for those who leave their jobs
- Prepare and submit payroll reports and other legal notifications
- Preparing monthly payroll statements and internal reports
- Preparing and approving the monthly MUHSGK 1003B declaration
- To give the monthly labor force chart of İş-kur
- Making monthly identity notifications to law enforcement agencies
- Supporting human resources department processes.
