For our Industry Services Coordination Group, we are looking for a Service Coordination Expert Working Student - Part Time to be located in Kartal.The position takes advantage of our "new ways of working" enabling both office and home working.Create a better tomorrow with us at Siemens Digital Industries – Customer Services!As Service Coordination Expert Part time working student, you will work closely with Service Coordination Team. What are my responsibilities?•Preparing offers with the support of Service Coordination Team.•Supporting documentation.•Creating tickets for each service visits of the service experts •Clasify incoming service reports of the service experts.•Supporting Service Coordination Teams for any reporting tasks.•Improving internal business processesWhat do I need to qualify for this job?•3rd year undergraduate student / 4th year undergraduate student or master student in faculty of university degree in Industrial Engineering, or related area•Able to work min 3 days/week in Kartal and remotely.•Pre-intermediate level of English (both written and spoken)•Good command of MS Office applications.
