P&C Services Specialist

Business Environment 


The P&C Services Specialist for Turkiye will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth execution of People and Culture administrative operations. This position involves following core P&C processes, maintaining accurate employee records, providing payroll support, and ensuring compliance with local labor laws. Fluency in both Turkish and English, as well as a strong understanding of Turkish labor regulations, are critical to success in this role.


In this role you'll find a chance to; 


  • Managing Employee Records: Maintaining accurate records in Workday, ensuring data integrity and compliance with Turkish labor laws, and conducting regular data audits to keep information up-to-date.
  • Processing P&C Transactions: Handling all P&C processes, including new hires, changes, and separations, while ensuring timely and compliant documentation.
  • Supporting Payroll Operations: Verifying timesheets, calculating leave balances, and collaborating with the payroll team to ensure accurate and timely salary disbursements.
  • Supporting Employees Directly: Serving as the main contact for employee questions about policies, benefits, and Turkish labor laws, providing accurate, prompt responses.
  • Ensuring Compliance and Managing Documentation: Preparing employment documents and keeping company practices aligned with Turkish labor regulations.
  • Contributing to P&C Projects: Participating in data analysis, research, and support for ongoing improvements, ensuring alignment with global and regional initiatives.
  • Collaborating Across Functions: Working closely with departments like Finance, Legal, and the NECSE P&C Services team for cohesive P&C operations.

About the ideal candidate; 


  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in a P&C/HR administrative role, with a focus on Turkish labor law and payroll processes
  • Proficiency in HRIS systems (preferably Workday), Microsoft Office, and payroll systems
  • Strong understanding of Turkish labor law, employment regulations, and payroll processes
  • Fluency in Turkish at a native or near-native level for effective communication on local labor laws and employee inquiries
