As a result of expanding our organization, we are looking for an Outside Sales Representative to join our fast-growing and challenging organization.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct at least 9 customer visits per week (in-person),
- Proactively seek and acquire new customers to expand the business,
- Identify market opportunities, prospect new customers, and maintain a strong sales pipeline,
- Collect and input commercial data and customer feedback into the company system,
- Regularly update NOVA with market insights and business development efforts,
- Assist in developing commercial action plans and ensure proper customer segmentation,
- keep customers informed about CMA CGM’s services, updates, and new offerings,
- Coordinate quotation requests with headquarters and ensure timely follow-ups,
- Offer tailored solutions to customers through phone and in-person interactions.
Qualifications:
- Strong communicator with excellent interpersonal skills,
- Bachelor's or Master’s degree from related departments,
- Good command of English, both verbal and written; required to communicate with global teams (part of the interview will take place in English),
- Customer-focused with a proactive approach,
- Eager to learn and adapt to a dynamic environment,
- Results-driven and motivated to achieve sales targets,
- Experienced with NOVA is a plus,
- Able to work 4 days at the office in Istanbul (hybrid).
