Job Description

Johnson Controls is seeking an Order Management Analyst to join our team at the İzmir plant. This position will directly report to the Customer Service Manager in Bratislava, playing a crucial role in bridging the İzmir team with our Customer Support in Bratislava.


What You Will Do


  • Act as a liaison between the İzmir team and Customer Support (CS) in Bratislava.
  • Support inquiries related to orders submitted by CS in Bratislava.
  • Handle order processing tasks including PIN configuration and OA generation.
  • Confirm orders and manage backlog shifts.
  • Reserve and manage stock, including updates, information, and orders.
  • Address open topics related to orders, such as documents and missing parts.
  • Serve as an extended contact in the factory for sales team questions and order management.
  • Assist with AP invoice resolution.
  • Collaborate with other departments to resolve specific customer requests via CS in Bratislava.
  • Develop and adjust systems and processes as needed, providing reports and status updates.
  • Independently handle requirements and lead the sorting and completion of incoming requests.

How You Will Do It


  • Utilize advanced English language skills to communicate effectively.
  • Apply advanced Excel knowledge for data management and reporting.
  • Proactively support and communicate with team members and other departments.
  • Maintain a detail-oriented approach to ensure accuracy and efficiency.
  • Work independently to solve problems and manage tasks.
  • Leverage experience in customer support and knowledge of Oracle and Power BI (if applicable).
  • Use previous experience in a plant or factory setting to enhance order management processes.
  • Provide training and support to team members, continuously seeking improvements.
