Responsibilities
- Understand and analyze customer requirements to offer suitable products and solutions.
- Provide technical support to the sales team and conduct product-related training sessions.
- Conduct market and competitor analysis to contribute to product positioning strategies.
- Manage the technical aspects of the sales process by organizing and delivering presentations for business partners and/or their customers.
- Ensure the successful completion of projects through effective technical engagement.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Engineering, Electrical-Electronics Engineering or related fields.
- Experience in presales processes with a customer-oriented approach and strong problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in English (additional languages are a plus).
- Excellent communication, presentation and analytical thinking skills.
- Team-oriented and results-driven mindset.
