Main Responsibilities
· Management of the Operator accounts and their Distributors in Huawei Consumer Business Group in IoT, Smartphone, Wearable, TWS, and Tablet categories.
· Planning the new product launching; product positioning; order, shipment and delivery planning.
· Negotiating and deciding campaigns with the accounts and Chinese GTM team based on both company and account strategy to ensure successful sell-out in the product lifecycle.
· Closely monitoring distributors and dealers’ Stock, Sell-in, Sell-through and Sell-out status by product and account basis. Assessing sales data, financial status and profitability on account basis and taking necessary actions to promote sales and achieve yearly targets.
· Conducting joint marketing activities for both online and offline sales by planning investments and campaigns.
· Planning the monthly financial payment processes of the accounts.
· Developing and maintaining strong relationships with the accounts.
