Marsh McLennan Turkey is seeking candidates for a Management Trainee based in the Istanbul Office!

Requirements:

• Currently studying in the 4th year or a new grad of relevant departments at universities,

  
  

• Able to work 5 days a week (3 days at the office) 

  
  

• Residing in Istanbul,

  
  

• Possessing a disability report of 40% or more (Approved by ISKUR)

  
  

• Preferably having experience in the field of insurance or in support functions of companies or planning a career in this area,

  
  

• Having a good level of English proficiency,

  
  

• Result-oriented, with analytical thinking and problem-solving skills,

  
  

• Development-focused and strong in communication.
