Job Summary
We are seeking a Consulting
Operations Analyst to support in ensuring smooth company operations. This role
will serve as a liaison between employees and stakeholders, aiding in the
execution of internal projects and tasks.
Main Responsibilities
-Support the implementation
and execution of program management for all internal projects and tasks as
needed.
-Assist in maintaining and
regularly improving internal policies, procedures, and company systems.
-Handle employee onboarding
processes and performance appraisals, ensuring comprehension of rules,
regulations, and KPIs.
-Develop employee engagement
activities to cultivate a positive work environment, enhance team
collaboration, and boost overall employee productivity.
-Manage Zoho system
administration and troubleshooting activities, regularly monitoring employee
attendance, expenses, and leave.
-Coordinate with various
departments such as IT, Talent Strategy, Finance and others to ensure smooth
operations.
-Prepare reports for
management as requested.
-Plan and perform other
operational duties as requested by management or senior staff.
Requirements
-Bachelor’s degree in
business administration or related fields, a Master’s degree is a plus.
-1-2 years of experience in
a similar role.
-Proficiency in English is a
must.
-Excellent organizational
skills and attention to detail.
-Strong analytical skills.
-Ability to adapt easily to
various cultures and work environments.
