Position Summary: The Operations Supervisor will oversee and manage critical operational tasks to ensure smooth business processes, compliance, and efficiency within Radiometer Turkey. This role will be pivotal in managing daily invoicing, spare parts transactions, import/export processes, and effective communication with channel partners and internal teams.
Key Responsibilities:
Daily Invoice Management:
Save daily sales and purchasing invoices to Axapta.
Send daily sales invoices via local and official government web invoicing portals.
Spare Parts Operations:
Record daily spare parts usage in RTUR Technical Service systems (Logo & Axapta).
Track spare parts deliveries based on Service Agreements between RTUR and Channel Partners (Logo & Axapta).
Partner Communication:
Respond to requests, questions, and complaints from Channel Partners via telephone and email.
Importation Invoice Processing:
Enter importation invoices for second-hand temporary devices in Logo & Axapta.
Monitor the duration of second-hand temporary devices with the Customs Agent.
Technical Service Coordination:
Notify the Technical Service team of all device details arriving and leaving RTUR.
Procurement Operations:
Prepare purchase orders to RMED and manage entry transactions in Axapta.
Financial Transactions:
Save Credit Note entries in Axapta.
Manage Fixed Asset transactions in Logo & Axapta.
Import & Export Management:
Communicate with buyer and seller companies for import and export transactions.
Prepare export documentation in Logo & Axapta.
Follow the import and export operations process with the Customs Agent.
Return Processes:
Save Credit Claim Notes for returned invoices in Logo & Axapta.
Track and document returned sales invoice processes between Channel Partners and Hospitals.
Key Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain, Logistics, or a related field.
Proven experience in operational roles with knowledge of ERP systems such as Axapta and Logo.
Strong understanding of import/export regulations and documentation.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in MS Office Suite.
Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills.
