The Operations Team manages end-to-end operational activities and development processes in the competitive marketplace. Within the Operations Team, there are six main focused disciplines: Planning, Analytics, Cost & Charge, Fulfillment Operations, Operational Excellence, Seller and Delivery Operations, Warehouse Design, and Business Intelligence.We are all working towards the same purpose: to create a positive impact in our ecosystem by enabling commerce through technology.We are all working with the same purpose: To create a positive impact in our ecosystem by enabling commerce through technology.Your Main ResponsibilitiesWearing many hats: partnering with all operation departments on strategic topics and operational priorities,Identify opportunities to improve processes and strategies with technology solutions by benchmarking, and finding best practices,Leading and/or supporting ops projects and new initiatives and managing the scope and requirements for all stakeholders,Monitoring key performance metrics and executing project plans with teams to improve business processes and functions,Designing comprehensive analyses and models to identify challenges and solutions with support on decision making across the company.Qualities We Are Looking ForUniversity degree preferably in Engineering, Economics, Management,3 - 5 years of e-commerce, consulting or equivalent work experience preferred,Strong experience in interpreting both quantitative and qualitative results of analyses, believing data is the most powerful tool for informed decision-making,Highly analytical and comfortable with complex business problems and decision, creative problem solver who thrives with ambiguity,Comfortable with the big picture as well as small details with a sense of analytical thinking, detail-orientation and eagerness to learn with agile mindset,Passionate to working with multiple stakeholders and excellent communicator who can build relationships with a diverse set of stakeholders - numbers are key, but business can only be built with people,Excellent command of gsheet/excel, good command of BI tools and SQL preferred,Excellent written and spoken communication skills in English and Turkish,Open to direct feedback culture, prone to constant learning, taking initiative and not avoiding responsibility, self-motivated, highly adaptable, and comfortable in a fast-changing and fluid environment
