Ready to lead the way? Apply now and let your talents shine! The Position As an Omnichannel Operations Executive, you will be supporting the development and execution of omnichannel marketing campaigns, including email marketing, social media, and digital advertising.
You will be also identifying and implementing data quality metrics to measure the effectiveness of data management processes and systems as well as conducting data profiling and analysis to identify data quality issues and recommend solutions to improve data accuracy, completeness, and consistency.
You will directly report to Digital & Customer Excellence Senior Director.
Your main accountabilities will be:
Manage the content marketing calendar, ensuring timely and relevant content is produced and distributed across all channels.
Work with cross-functional teams to ensure content is accurate, compliant, and meets the needs of the target audience.
Upload new pages and content to the website, ensuring a seamless user experience and adherence to brand guidelines.
Track medical legal regulatory approvals of content and ensure compliance with regulations and guidelines.
Develop and maintain documentation and standard operating procedures for digital marketing and website management activities.

Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, Marketing, Digital Marketing, or related field.
3+ years of experience in digital marketing, website management, or related field in the pharmaceutical, healthcare or FMCG industries.
Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
Knowledge of website content management systems (CMS)
Experience with digital marketing tools, such as email marketing software, social media management platforms, and digital advertising platforms.
Understanding of medical legal regulatory requirements and compliance.
Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams in fast-paced and changing environments.
Knowledge of digital analytics tools, such as Google Analytics or Adobe Analytics.
