Tezzro is a technology-driven company specializing in autonomous retail solutions, AI-powered automation, and business process optimization. We are looking for a highly skilled Odoo Expert to join our team and customize Odoo to fit our unique business needs.

• Customize, configure, and optimize Odoo ERP to align with business processes.
• Develop new modules and features in Odoo (Python, XML, JavaScript, PostgreSQL).
• Work closely with business teams to analyze requirements and improve workflows.
• Ensure seamless integration of Odoo with third-party systems.
• Troubleshoot, debug, and optimize Odoo modules for performance.
• Provide support, documentation, and training for end users.

✅ 5+ years of hands-on experience with Odoo (real projects).
✅ Deep understanding of Odoo business workflows (Sales, Inventory, Accounting, HR, etc.).
✅ Strong Python development skills for Odoo customization.
✅ Experience in Odoo API integrations and module development.
✅ Ability to design and implement custom modules from scratch.
✅ Experience with PostgreSQL, XML, JavaScript, and QWeb reports.
✅ Fluent in Turkish and English (both written and spoken).
✅ Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently.

• Experience in retail or e-commerce ERP solutions.
• Knowledge of Docker, Kubernetes, or DevOps tools.
• Previous experience in Retail systems.
