for an analytical and enthusiastic team member for this huge organization. The
role is located in Antalya or İstanbul
Being
responsible of regular and procedural execution of the Company's Non-Terminal
Based Operations (NTBO)
Job Description:
- Communicate with the customer service team for the customer orders created
- Check the data quality compared to physical operations, take action where intervention is required for the consistency of the data agaist physical operation
- Report any order data quality issue to customer service team management
- Organize the suppliers/business patners for the execution of the customer order operations
- Ensure operational quality performance is always in line with DHL Freight Operational KPI’s
- Report any performance deviation to direct manager
- Execute data entry for order status updates on a timely manner in line with the performance KPI’s
- Update trip data continuously to keep data consistency with physical operations
- Encourage suppliers/business partners for the conitnuous usage of DHL Freight’s supplier applications
- Ensure the consistency of the documents provided by the shipper against the physical order details
- Request any order/trip related document (E.g. POD) from the suppliers/business partners and archive by utilizing DHL Freight’s digital archive tools
- Adopt unexceptional compliance to ISO 9001-14001-27001-50001, ISO 45001 Integrated Management System principals
Qualifications & Key
Requirements
·Bachelor’s Degree
·Fluent English
·2-3 years of experience in logistics
sector
·Good communication, analytical, problem solving
skills.
