Your Role In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the road logistics business, aiming to increase turnover and profit margins in alignment with the company’s strategy and targets. You will lead, direct, manage, and control the sales activities within the Road Logistics division, while also developing business plans to meet sales targets. Your Responsibilities
  • Acquire or support the acquisition of new business and manage accounts.
  • Promote customer relations and develop the existing customer base.
  • Lead and support business development processes, including tender analysis, solution design, costing, pricing, and service offerings.
  • Draft forecasts and business plans.
  • Monitor market trends, conditions, and competitor activity to identify new business opportunities.
  • Ensure efficient operations by implementing standard processes in line with corporate guidelines and targets.
  • Develop and implement business operations and systems, and support other business fields to improve service levels and profitability.
  • Resolve customer problems within the defined escalation path and ensure compliance with KN code of conduct, guidelines, and applicable laws.
  • Manage profit and loss across the country, monitor annual budgets, and initiate corrective actions for deviations.
  • Evaluate employee performance, provide feedback and coaching, recognize achievements, and encourage excellence in the work environment.

  • Ability to collaborate effectively with multiple stakeholders within the MEA region and beyond.
