Currently, we are actively seeking a talented Monetization Manager to join our dynamic team. As a member of the Monetization Team, you will play a crucial role in developing and executing strategies that optimize revenue, working closely alongside some of the brightest minds in the mobile app arena. Your work will be integral to the success of our products and will directly influence how we engage users and maximize value. 


What you’ll be doing:


  • Develop and execute short-term and long-term monetization strategies to drive revenue growth for our apps.
  • Analyze app performance metrics to identify opportunities to optimize Lifetime Value (LTV) and other key financial KPIs.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement A/B tests, optimize conversion rates, and refine paywall strategies.
  • Design promotional campaigns and new sales channels to unlock fresh revenue streams and enhance app profitability.
  • Maintain close alignment with the product and marketing teams to ensure monetization strategies are integrated seamlessly.
  • Monitor and report on app performance, ensuring we meet key financial targets and KPIs.
  • Continuously evaluate industry trends and competitor strategies to identify areas of improvement and innovation.

What we’re looking for:


  • At least 3 years of professional experience with direct product ownership responsibilities within a mobile app or gaming company. 
  • Solid knowledge of monetization models, including in-app purchases, subscriptions, ads, and paywall strategies.
  • Strong analytical skills and proficiency in performance tracking tools and data analysis.
  • Experience in A/B testing and optimizing app conversion strategies.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with a focus on delivering measurable results.
  • English language proficiency at C1 level or above

What does the recruitment process look like?

5. Team Meeting: You will have an in-person meeting with the founders of AppNation, during which we will discuss your expectations and explore how you can contribute to our team. This interview will also provide an opportunity for you to gain insights into AppNation's culture and working environment.


6. Final Decision: Within a few days, we will inform you of our decision regarding your suitability for the role.
