The Position


The Migraine Marketing Specialist will play a critical role in supporting the relaunch of Migraine Brand(s) across key markets. This role requires close collaboration with the country Brand & Customer Manager (BCM), the Brand Lead, and the Country Lead among other internal stakeholders to ensure seamless execution of the marketing plan on the ground. The focus is on supporting team readiness, adapting promotional materials, building a strong market presence, and ensuring the successful realization of launch strategies, branding, and KPIs.


Responsibilities


  • Support full team readiness for the Migraine brand(s) relaunch across markets.


  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers and KOLs.


  • Ensure that launch KPIs, including sales, market penetration, customer engagement, and branding, are met or exceeded.


Relaunch Execution


  • Support the on-ground execution of the Migraine brand(s) relaunch plan across assigned markets, ensuring alignment with the established strategy.


  • Collaborate closely with the Country BCM and Brand Lead to provide insights on market conditions, customer feedback, and execution, ensuring consistency with the overall strategy.


Promo Materials & Branding


  • Adapt and customize promotional materials to align with country-specific needs and regulatory requirements, ensuring brand consistency.


  • Ensure the Migraine branding is effectively communicated in all materials and country-level activities.


Country-Level Activity Rollout


  • Lead the roll-out of country-specific marketing activities, ensuring alignment with the overall regional strategy and local market requirements.


  • Ensure that promotional campaigns, educational programs, and local events are executed on time and meet branding and strategic goals.


Collaboration with Stakeholders


  • Work closely with the Country BCM, Brand Lead, and internal stakeholders including country leads, first-line managers (FLMs), sales teams, sales force effectiveness (SFE), compliance, and pharmacovigilance (PV) to ensure successful execution of Migraine brand(s) marketing plan.


  • Liaise with local teams to ensure readiness and alignment on launch objectives, timelines, and actions.


Field Presence and Double Visits:


  • Conduct regular double visits with the sales team to ensure consistent execution of key messages and strategies in the field.


  • Provide on-the-ground support and feedback to ensure alignment with the migraine product launch plan.


Team Support and Readiness:


  • Drive team readiness by organizing training, providing relevant materials, and supporting internal communication around launch activities.


  • Ensure that field teams are equipped with necessary tools, product knowledge, and key messages for promotion.


Customer Engagement & Market Building


  • Develop relationships with key customers, including healthcare professionals (HCPs), to build a strong footprint for Migraine brand(s).


  • Monitor customer insights and flag any concerns or trends to the Country BCM and Brand Lead for further action.


  • Identify and engage key opinion leaders (KOLs) to enhance the Migraine brand(s) presence in the market.


Tracking & Reporting:


  • Track and report on the progress of launch activities, ensuring alignment with KPIs and strategic objectives.


  • Regularly monitor market conditions and competitor activities and escalate issues to the Country BCM and Brand Lead.


Required Education, Experience and Skills 


  • Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and timelines.


  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with experience in collaborating across different functions.


  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to flag market differences or challenges.


  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).


  • Fluent in English; additional language skills are an advantage.


  • Strategic Thinking: Ability to support the execution of the brand strategy while identifying and flagging differences or market challenges.


  • Collaboration: Strong ability to work cross-functionally, engaging with multiple stakeholders such as country leads, FLMs, sales teams, SFE, compliance, and PV.


  • Results-Oriented: Focused on achieving key outcomes and KPIs, with a proactive approach to problem-solving.


  • Customer-Centric: Deep understanding of customer needs, with the ability to engage and build strong relationships with HCPs and KOLs.


  • Agility: Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and provide feedback on market execution challenges.
