We are looking for a “Master Schedule Planner” in Hitachi Energy at Kartal Factory - Istanbul, who is eager to contribute the change with continuous improvement mindset and inspire people in the organization in order to reach the level of ‘’World Class Manufacturing ‘’ necessities with below qualifications.
How you will make an impact:
Develop and maintain a comprehensive master production schedule to align with customer demand and order fulfillment timelines.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather insights for creating an effective scheduling framework.
Update planning parameters in ER and planning systems to ensure accurate scheduling processes.
Partner with customer service to establish accurate delivery dates and provide commitment dates for multiple product lines.
Analyze production capacity and inventory levels to optimize resource utilization and adjust schedules as needed.
Manage MRP exception messages promptly to address scheduling issues effectively.
Incorporate demand forecasts into the scheduling process, adapting to changing market conditions.
Monitor and report key performance indicators related to scheduling and production, recommending adjustments to enhance overall performance.
Your Background:
Degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Supply Chain Management or a related field.
Minimum of [5] years of experience in supply chain management, planning and fulfillment, or operations management.
Proficiency in using ERP systems and planning software.
Strong analytical skills to assess production capacity, inventory levels, and forecast accuracy.
Excellent communication skills to engage effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
Exceptional attention to detail to ensure the precision and accuracy of schedules.
