Growth and passion lie at the heart of the Marketplace Team! The team is responsible for leading initiatives to identify opportunities to expand the product selection for our customers. The team helps business teams to identify growth opportunities based on technology and data-driven processes.

YOUR MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES


  • Designing accurate analysis models to answer various business-related questions and assist decision-making throughout the company,
  • Manage commercial tools and platforms such as Seller Center—Trendyol Application, ensuring they are optimized to meet the needs of the cross-team and contribute to overall efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Develop and implement strategies to maximize revenue streams, closely monitoring market trends and competitor activity to identify growth opportunities.
  • Work closely with crossfunctional teams on assigned projects to ensure commercial effectiveness and align commercial strategies with overall business objectives.
  • Define the seller growth plans, execute growth programs, optimize the revenue and improve quality
  • Prepare and present detailed commercial reports to the executive team, providing actionable insights to support strategic decision-making.
  • Having a growth mindset with an understanding of key e-commerce metrics,

QUALITIES WE'RE LOOKING FOR


  • University degree preferably in Engineering, Economics, Statistics,
  • Strong analytic capabilities in analyzing user behaviors via benchmarking and developing user engagement and retention journey strategies,
  • Commercial awareness partnered with a strategic mindset
  • Excellent organizational and leadership skills
  • Have a commercial drive (results & solution focused, flexible/adaptable),
  • A strong background in acquisition, retention, churn management, revenue management,
  • Excellent in simplifying complex data, converting them into seamless processes, and concepts to highlight key insights and guide decision-making,
  • Advanced knowledge of SQL is a must, Good knowledge of Python is a plus,
  • Excellent command of MS Office applications,
  • Minimum 7+ years of working experience,
  • Minimum 2+ years of leadership experience,
  • Data analysis and reporting enthusiast,
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.
