Job Description

This is a part-time internship position that offers hands-on experience in various aspects of marketing, from content creation and social media management to campaign execution and cross-functional collaboration. The Marketing Trainee will have the opportunity to work closely with experienced professionals and contribute to impactful projects.


Key Responsibilities:


  • Assist the Marketing Department (Market Activation) by coordinating with Brand Leads.
  • Track and consolidate campaign practices from other countries and best practice sessions for local implementation.
  • Develop new content and ideas for the campaign with the creative agency and follow the content process in coordination with the Brand Leads.
  • Play an active role in communication with 3rd party vendors, including creative agencies.
  • Monitor Content Lab materials, propose improvements, and manage the approval processes for localized campaign content in collaboration with the creative agency.
  • Create the monthly social media plan with the agency and complete legal and medical approvals.
  • Conduct ad hoc analysis based on business needs and contribute to the creation of monthly reports and presentations.
  • Assist in cross-functional team meetings, coordinate meeting minutes, and follow up on actions with related stakeholders.
  • Organize meetings for the approval of new projects for the campaign, outline post-meeting actions, and follow up on internal communication.

Basic Qualifications


We are looking for professionals with these required skills to achieve our goals:


  • Currently a 3rd or 4th-year undergraduate student in management, industrial engineering, or a related field
  • Able to work a minimum of 3 days per week (5 days during the summer period)
  • High proficiency in MS Office programs, especially Excel and PowerPoint
  • Strong creative and analytical thinking skills, with the ability to analyze data
  • Excellent written and spoken English
  • Strong communication skills to ensure an objective representation of ideas and opinions
  • Demonstrated ability to work effectively independently in a cross-functional team environment
  • A highly agile learner with a solution-based mindset
