Job Description

The main responsibility is to onboard live streaming agencies and facilitate their growth.

Following Responsibilities:

• Provide the necessary support and encourage agencies to recruit more and better live streamers, creating a variety of content.
• Build and maintain long-term relationships with streaming agencies. Train and manage these agencies, helping them bring in talents for live streaming.
• Help develop and update policies for managing agencies, offering useful suggestions and advice.
• Identify popular streaming behaviors within the app or from market trends, create educational materials for broadcasters, and continuously enhance and improve these resources.
• Design and implement various host/agency events aimed at increasing overall stakeholder satisfaction. Review events based on provided data to further refine and improve event strategies.

Who Are We Looking For?

• Bachelor’s degree and/or equivalent work experience
• Being at least fluent in English is a must
• At least one year of experience in sales
• Preferably experienced in similar roles in live streaming applications such as Bigo, Meetme, Liveme, TikTok, or others,
• Familiar with YouTube, Snapchat, Instagram, and other live streaming platforms,
• Experience in managing streamers/influencers is a plus
• Strong communication skills both written and verbal
• Exceptional attention to detail and a proactive problem-solving approach
