About the Role


As the Category Marketing Manager for Beauty, you will lead the strategic marketing plans for Dyson’s Beauty category in Turkey. Reporting to the Marketing Director and working closely with the Country Sales Team, you will ensure the effective execution of marketing activities that drive P&L delivery. This role requires both strategic oversight and hands-on execution, offering a unique opportunity to be at the forefront of market development in Turkey.


Key Responsibilities:


  • Develop and Deploy Marketing Strategy: Create and implement marketing strategies to drive sales growth, market share, and positive brand perception in Turkey.
  • Consumer Targeting and Segment Development: Identify existing and new consumer segments, developing targeted propositions and programs to drive business growth.
  • Competitor and Market Analysis: Conduct thorough analyses to devise counter-strategies and market initiatives.
  • Marketing Program Execution: Lead the execution of marketing programs including product launches, media planning, and channel strategies.
  • Agency Management: Oversee relationships with key external agencies, ensuring best-in-class media execution and creative output.
  • Budget Management: Manage and report on marketing budgets, ensuring alignment with actual spend.
  • Global Alignment: Work with global teams to ensure consistency and alignment of marketing activities across markets.
  • Retail Strategy Leadership: Champion in-store strategies, leading the development and execution of retail initiatives.
  • New Product Development (NPD) Launches: Own and deliver launch plans for new products in the Beauty category.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate with internal teams to ensure successful go-to-market strategies and brand consistency.
  • Market Performance Analysis: Regularly analyze market performance, providing reports and insights to the business.
