Job Description
  • Introduces and steers all price steering elements and develops pricing excellence
  • Operative price management for the countries including the creation and delivery of price lists
  • Manage PROMO share and execute BU PROMO strategy (Price or Bundle pack) and integrate it holistically in the User journey
  • Gains and provides user-& market- insights to the BO, SA and MK organizationLaunch management
  • Optimization of product mix (standard, campaigns, promotion) in country
  • Management of the lifecycle of channel / customer exclusive products
  • LOG Planning of MC, launches and promotions in collaboration with DM
  • Support local service portfolio and operation
  • Gains and provides user-& market- insights to the BO, SA and MK organization to counter segment cannibalization and close product/ service gap
  • Plan and execute local campaigns and activations on the applicable offline and online TPs with the regional TP responsible
  • Contribute to the development of promotions in collaboration with the responsible TP manager
  • Gain and provide user and market insights
  • Proofreading and local adaptations of marketing assets
  • Support local retailers with activation
  • Coordinate local agencies and external resoures (if applicable)
  • Lead of local user & retail price management, product portfolio and services, Promotion and communication activities in the country:

Qualifications
  • Very good Marketing know-how along all Ps
  • Functional expertise in local portfolio/ category management
  • High expertise in branding and good understanding of UX related to information and purchase decision of target group
  • High sales affinity and good understanding of the retail landscape
  • Understanding of the online and offline shopping landscapes
  • Operational experience in marketing
  • Passion in execution
  • Right communication skills to make topic understood in the broader context of Marketing, Sales and User journey management
