The Position

We are looking for a Marketing Lead who will report to the Marketing Chapter Head and will be responsible for the Rare Diseases area.


As a Marketing Lead, your mission is to wcreate value through meaningful benefits forpatients, the business, oxternal stakeholders ,and health systems. by working with patient journey partners (PJPs) and healthcare system partners (HSPs) Value can be added in various ways , such asproduct innovation, treatment pathway design, a new patient service, technologies/capabilities that improve operational efficiency, global knowledge sharing, or external collaboration.


Responsibilities:


  • Develop specific marketing strategies for therapeutic areas within the organization working together cross-functionally with Medical and Access Leads.


  • Build and implement an effective plan for Omnichannel engagement via leveraging different channels and tools. Focus on building Omnichannel capabilities internally and externally to provide meaningful customer experiences that add value to patients collaborating closely with the Digital team.


  • Manage P&L to ensure resources are utilized effectively and in accordance with the business outcomes 


  • Ensure continuous sales and logistics forecasting working closely with the PJPs and Finance team.


  • Interpret and translate scientific data into commercial implications, analyze data, and make strategic recommendations. 


  • In case of new launches, build and propose a suitable Go-to-Market Strategy via defining pricing, distribution channels, and sales strategies working with Access and Launch Excellence Leads.


  • Provide marketing insight and direction to optimize new product launches, and monitor budget and expenditures. 


  • Participate in national and international congresses, scientific meetings, and global implementation/update meetings to keep the knowledge updated for commercialization strategies. 


  • By overseeing the patient journey in its entirety, act as a system thinker with the ability to identify shared purpose among stakeholders and contribute to creating value to the patient journey through supporting and enabling the PJPs in implementing successful projects for the ecosystem in line with Roche Code of Conduct and principles.


  • Working beyond the local organization,  align and collaborate with broader networks, provide support to global networks and other affiliates, and be accountable for ensuring collaboration with the networks and local leads to identify new opportunities, initiative,s and solutions to answer stakeholder needs and to drive value for the patients. 


  • Prepare and update the training materials and provide internal education and training programs to the customer engagement teams and other lead roles in the affiliate when necessary. 


  • Generate mar-com strategies working together with the communication department. Support the PJPs in setting the Therapeutic Area or other communication strategy and creation/adaptation of local Therapeutic Area messages, materials, and communication content for digital platforms.

Experiences, Knowledge, and Qualifications:


  • 3+ Years of proven marketing experience is highly desirable


  • Ability to build relationships and work in project team, trust and influence with internal members and other key stakeholders


  • Digital literacy,a  good overview of digital solutions on the market supporting patients 


  • Proficient in English & Turkish to collaborate internally across the broader Roche enterprise
