What you can expect:

• Planning, execution and operations of all marketing related activities within Turkish market
• Creation and implementation of local marketing calendar
• Local marketing budget management – planning, revising and tracking
• Campaign implementation and content briefing across various channels: own retail, wholesale, franchise and outlet context
• Identifying business opportunities as well as developing and optimizing tactical marketing activations 
• Managing and developing relationship with WHS clients, key cooperation partners, stakeholders and external agencies
• Activation management of drive to store activities, sponsorhsips, celebrity and influencer relations
• Customer Loyalty Program management and campaigning
• Preparing KPI based CRM reports, tracking performance and presenting to the internal stakeholders
• Adaptation of the global PR assets and contents into local language, creating local press releases and performing send-outs
• Sample management for fashion shoots
• Media clipping reporting, web tracking and monitoring 

Your profile:

• Relevant University degree: Bachelor required, Master is a plus 
• 5+ years of professional experience in different fields of marketing, ideally with a focus on fashion retail in a global environment
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
• From Concept to Creation: proven track record of designing strong marketing plans and implementing projects, delivering results 
• Strong Computer literacy: expect a lot of external tool usage. Especially proficiency in MS Office applications like Excel & PowerPoint
• Very structured, well organized, diligent, efficient, solution-oriented working manner and strong analytical thinking
• Extensive knowledge of the business: Fashion marketing, influencer marketing, PR and media on a local and global level
• Effective communication skills on all levels and a high level of commitment 
• Quick perception and cross-functional thinking
