What You’ll Be Doing


  • Develop and implement the company's marketing and growth strategy for Turkey, aligned with the company's overall business objective
  • Develop and manage a multi-channel, integrated marketing plan, including digital marketing, PR, content creation, social media, and offline activation
  • Identify and track key metrics to measure the effectiveness of marketing efforts; making adjustments as necessary to ensure goals are met
  • Lead all user communication efforts, ensuring clear, consistent, and effective messaging across all channels and touchpoints, and tailoring communication strategies to specific user segments
  • Own the entire user lifecycle management process, including acquisition, engagement, retention, and reactivation strategies, driving growth of our user base

What We Look For In You:


  • Minimum of 4 years of experience in Marketing / PR in Crypto industry
  • Exceptional communication skills
  • Inspire and motivate the team and external stakeholders, including partners and investors
  • Strong interpersonal skills
  • Entrepreneurship mentality
  • A passion for crypto and digital assets
  • Be able to speak English and Turkish fluently

Nice to Haves


  • Relevant experience in a crypto company
  • Ability to effectively communicate with local regulators, public agencies and government representatives
