We are looking for a dynamic and detail-oriented Marketing and Corporate Communications Responsible to join our team. In this role, you will support the Marketing and Corporate Communications Manager in executing marketing strategies across relevant market sectors, contributing to business objectives, brand visibility, and sales growth.
· Assist in implementing marketing strategies to drive brand awareness and achieve business goals.
· Manage and develop content for the Sika Türkiye website and social media channels, ensuring consistency in branding and messaging.
· Support the development and execution of internal and external communication strategies, keeping employees and customers informed while gathering insights to refine campaigns.
· Handle PR activities, including the creation and distribution of press releases, technical articles, and blogs to target audiences.
· Organize, coordinate, and execute exhibitions, events, and corporate engagements to enhance brand presence.
· Oversee the procurement of promotional materials, ensuring high-quality and brand-aligned items to support marketing initiatives.
· Manage sponsorship activities, identifying, and coordinating sponsorship opportunities to enhance brand positioning and market reach.
· Bachelor’s degree, preferably in Business Administration, Marketing, or related fields.
· At least 2 years of experience in marketing, preferably in B2B.
· Very good command of English, both written and spoken.
· Strong communication and content creation skills.
· Experience in social media management and digital marketing.
· Ability to coordinate multiple projects and meet deadlines.
· Good proficiency in MS Office applications.
