Responsible for all Visual Merchandising activities in all PUMA Retail FPS stores.
Develop and rollout necessary tools to support consistent implementation of all PUMA FPS stores.
Support new FPS Store Openings.
Implement VM planograms, VLP and standarts to all FPS stores.
Train and coach store managers with FPS VM guidelines.
Collaborates with Merch, Retail and CM team in a daily basis to ensure the store layouts and products and Pop’s match properly.
Strong Visual Presentation to meet the directions of the brand including visual merchandising, graphics, fixtures.
Strong understanding of Retail Zoning – regular and seasonal – for all FPS stores.
Maintaining store layouts updated with SKU count and VM sites with dimensions.
Standardization of all PUMA FPS stores, in line with global Retail standards.
Research local markets, identify opportunities and develop/coordinate specialized visual direction that drive incremental sales, increase traffic and maximize ROI.
Set and communicate timelines for events, window changes, new merchandise and markdowns for use of Sales Associates and other Store employees.
Gives feedback to responsible Store Manager about the overall VM standards in the store.
Work closely with the Retail & Merchandising teams to ensure top performance for all FPS stores.
This role will be directly reporting to Senior Teamhead Commercial Marketing.
YOUR TALENT
Bachelor's degree in Fashion, Textile or Fine Arts/Marketing or relevant fields.
Min. 5 years of experience in Retailers as VM,
Fluent verbal and written language skills in English,
Strong time management and organization skills,
Strong Powerpoint skills,
Illustrator and Photoshop knowledge is a plus,
Must be creative with an eye for detail,
Must be flexible in working hours (Night execution etc.)
Driver Licence is a must,
No travel restrictions.
