You will be responsible for maintaining and developing a maintenance system and coordinating spare parts processes to improve machine performance, decrease spare part costs, and meet spare parts requirements. You coordinate yearly and monthly maintenance plans with the Production Planning Department for related lines and ensure their realization in line with plans and within predetermined durations including outsourced maintenance.
Position:
The Maintenance Planner will:
Develop and maintain maintenance systems to improve machine performance and decrease spare part costs
Responsible for coordinating yearly and monthly maintenance plans with the Production Planning Department for M&P lines and ensuring their realization in line with plans and within predetermined durations including completion of recorded maintenance orders
Ensure maintenance and readiness of sub-assembly units in case of necessity via coordinating the maintenance team's working schedule and providing updated inventory for the mechanical room and embosser room
Responsible for coordination of outsourced maintenance activities with the PPO Department and evaluating effectiveness
Supports ASP studies for consumption of spare parts and coordinates spare parts processes to balance spare parts inventory level and consumption to reach the targeted "spare part cost / M" figure
Ensure desired 5S3R conditions in Mechanical Room, Embosser Room, and Maintained Lines and carries out necessary improvements
Participate and lead assigned safety, production performance, NTM, and tobacco yield and quality improvement projects
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electronic Engineering or Industrial Engineering
Minimum 3 years of experience in a production environment
Advanced level of MS Office applications knowledge
Strong communication skills
Advanced level of English Advanced level of MS Office applications, SAP
