MachiningProcess Quality Engineer(m/f/d)
Key Accountabilities and Activities
Leading problem solving activities for issues detected at In-Process and final inspection
Managing MSA, SPC and capability activities
Preparing quality KPI report, daily and weekly reports for management reviews
Making diagnosis and evaluating measurements results
Planning, following and executing calibration activities in the plant
Leading and guiding machining quality technicians effectively with technical background
Your profile
Key Competencies
Fluent in English is required (spoken and written)
Good MS Office skills (Excel and PowerPoint)
Experience on QDAS Software
Knowledge about IATF 16949, coretools (SPC, MSA, APQP, PPAP …)
Experience about Problem Solving methodologies (8D, Fishbone …)
Good organizational and communication skills
Capability to interpret technical drawings
Analytic thinking
Qualification and Experience
Degree in industrial / mechanical / metallurgical engineering
2-3 years of experience in Quality Process in an automotive company
Experience in Machining process is an asset
Driving license B
