Job Description
- Demand verification & order processing
- Operation Bottleneck management
- Delivery schedules edits
- Logistic Service provider, production plants & Supplier interface
- Management of complaints indicated by Suppliers
- Management of complaints regarding packaging quality and further issues
- Monitoring and control of Empties Account
- Clarification of differences with internal and external partners
Qualifications
- University degree in the field of industrial engineering, business administration, logistics/ supply chain management
- Preferably 2 years of experience in logistics planning processes
- Fluent in German or Spanish
- English is mandatory
- Knowledge in MS Office and SAP (MM)
- Customer oriented thinking
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
- Eager to learn, initiative taker
