Qualifications: 


  • Minimum Advanced level of Italian both written and spoken, English is a plus,
  • At least 1 year experience Logistics or Supply Chain,
  • Problem solving and crisis management in critical daily issues,
  • Microsoft Office Programs knowledge,
  • High customer focus and teamwork spirit,
  • Analytical and problem solving oriented,
  • Systematic and regular work discipline, strong ability to follow,
  • Strong communication skills, 
  • Customer-oriented, capable of taking initiative when necessary,

Job Description:


  • Planning the order in given time window to prevent any delay on delivery,
  • Ensuring an efficient and proactive communication with related parties,
  • Contacting the final customer to request a booking for delivery if needed,
  • Following the delivery process?•Communicate with customers in order to solve issues about deliveries,
  • Defining and contributing to increase operational performance by generating/implementing projects, ideas and solution, 
  • Maintain OTM updated with the latest operational data and costs,
  • Supports returns and refusals process from customers to DC,
  • Building and managing the relationship with Customer's Local Contacts; DC Team and Customer Service Team.
