Responsibilities:
- Design, planning, and delivery of technical and company-specific training during the onboarding process.
- Planning of mandatory training for the company and ensuring their delivery to the entire organization in collaboration with necessary stakeholders.
- Planning of internal and external training programs for the company.
- Identify training needs and create annual training programs
- Develop technical knowledge and skills across a variety of industries and human capital areas
- Conduct needs analysis to assess, recommend, design, and deliver training to address performance gaps/talent development needs.
- Follow up the new digital learning trends and platforms
- Manage learning vendor process
- Contribute to the development of intellectual capital, new tools and approaches
- Plans, organizes, coordinate comprehensive learning & development solutions accordance with the learning calendar in line with the learning needs analysis and budget
