We’re looking for a Key Account Specialist to work with Doktortakvimi’s rapidly expanding network of hospitals, building strong business relationships by engaging directly with their management teams. If you’re ready to make an impact in the healthcare industry, this role is for you!
What Awaits You?
Building long-term business relationships with corporate clients
Periodically visiting corporate clients to enhance customer loyalty
Being aware of client needs and providing high-quality service by offering effective solutions
Managing renewal and upsell processes
Requirements
At least 3 years of experience in Corporate Customer Service.
Strong attention to detail.
Enjoy working with Excel and reports.
Confidence in planning and organizational skills.
Strong communication, empathy, and persuasion skills.
Previous sales experience.
A creative, energetic, and results-oriented work style.
Open to business travel
