This role has plenty of opportunities for growth and you will be joining a very collaborative team.Responsibilities:Identifying and qualifying new business opportunities across various segments of the upstream energy sector, including exploration, production, and developmentDeveloping & maintaining relationships with potential clients, partners, industry stakeholders, including O&G companies, service providers, government agenciesDeveloping target prospects and making contact, developing opportunities, preparing & presenting proposals and winning new businessConducting market research and analysis to identify emerging trends, opportunities, and challenges within the upstream energy landscape.Preparing compelling proposals and presentations to showcase our company's capabilities and solutions, addressinging specific needs and challenges faced by upstream energy playersIdentifying and applying for relevant tenders, negotiate and close contracts with new clients for the provision of upstream energy services or solutionsManaging the sales cycle from lead generation to contract signing, ensuring effective communication and coordination with internal teamsSupporting the execution of upstream energy projects by collaborating with internal teams (engineering, operations, R&D, etc.) and external stakeholdersStaying up to date on the latest developments & regulations in the upstream energy sector, incl. technological advancements, market fluctuations, & geopolitical factorsTravelling as required to meet with clients, attending industry events, and participating in conferencesManaging existing accounts as allocated ensuring satisfaction and ongoing profitability by professional and effective account management processes and skills designed to deliver and exceed customer expectations and adding valueWorking with other team members and resource groups as necessary to ensure that customer deliverables are met and maintained including ensuring that we have adequate stocks to serve customersManaging and running the Drilling Fluids Lab**In our recruitment process, the preliminary evaluation is made with a video interview sent to the appropriate candidates via HR
