The Team
The PVH Southeast Hub is one of the most dynamic Hub organizations within PVH. We are responsible for developing the PVH brands (Tommy Hilfiger and Calvin Klein) in the emerging markets such as Italy, Turkey, Greece, Middle East, Africa, and the CIS region. While covering a massive area of 45+ countries, our hub is extremely diverse (25+ nationalities) and has strong potential. We are ambitious and committed to unlocking our full potential and to optimizing the positioning of PVH in our markets.

The Position
As the Jr.Payroll Specialist, you will serve as HR support for Payroll operational processes.
Key Responsibilities
Assist on day-to-day operational HR-Payroll activities
SSI Entrance and Dismissal Process Notification
Timekeeping list preparation on monthly basis
Calculate overtimes, severance payment and noticed period
Tracking and Management of each input of the payroll on monthly basis
Tracking and Management of annual leave forms, sick leave reports and other types of leave forms
Personnel Files Tracking and Archiving
Preparation GL reports in accordance with finance team after payroll process on monthly basis
Management of Private Insurance and Life Insurance Entrance Cancellation Process
Management of Meal Card Loading and Card Request process on monthly basis
Garnishment Files and Traffic Penalty Documents Tracking
Tracking Rotation and Change of Duty Forms and Notification on monthly basis
Personnel Visa Documents Preparation and Delivery Process
The Ideal Candidate
The ideal candidate will be experienced in payroll at least 2-3 years
You are aiming at a career in Payroll
You are ambitious, self-motivated, high energy and like to have fun
You are aiming at self-improvement and eager to learn
You are prone to teamwork, analytical, proactive and result oriented
You have demonstrated business professionalism, respect for confidentiality, and appropriate handling of sensitive information
You have good communication skills, both verbal and written
You have good command of English (both written and verbal)
You have good knowledge of MS Office
