Responsibilities:
• This specialization requires experience with the design and deployment of MES systems to replace paper based or manual systems in a life sciences manufacturing environment
• Specifying, designing, developing, documenting, testing and implementing Manufacturing Execution Systems (MES)
• Being responsible to Author/Develop/Configure Electronic Batch Records (EBR)
• Implementing MES solutions and integrating with ERP and control equipment
• Being responsible for the documentation of MES configuration and validation of EBRs
• Working closely with business management and users to define the needs and designing solutions that add value
• Documenting and analyzing the information needs of the business and ensuring appropriate solutions are delivered
• Gathering user requirements in relation to controlling and recording manufacturing activities
• Managing client relationships within the projects
Skills:
• Bachelors’ degree or equivalent experience in Science, Engineering or relatable technical degree
• Familiar with highly automated Life Sciences manufacturing environment
• Experience with at least one of the following is a plus: PAS|X, Opcenter, PharmaSuite, XFP, POMS, Camstar or other life sciences compatible MES solutions
• Knowledge of FDA and GMP guidelines and CSV processes is a plus
• Strong written and oral communication skills needed
• Ability to work in a team-oriented, collaborative environment
• Fluency in English is a must
