The ITS Professional for Radiometer is responsible for promoting IT Solutions (ITS) and helping customers in optimizing their workflow. Provide trainings, supporting installation of ITS, maximizing utilization, monitoring the installed systems & providing assistance with technical issues. This role will be actively involved in pre and post ITS sale.

This position is part of the customer support located in Istanbul, Turkey and will be on-site. At Radiometer, our vision is to improve global healthcare with reliable, fast, and easy patient diagnoses.

In this role, you will have the opportunity to:

• Drive the growth of ITS sales & installation base in Turkey & Rest of the central region.
• Identify & manage key projects in collaboration with sales & service team to promote IT connectivity solutions.
• Provide technical IT support & troubleshooting the existing installed analysers and the new projects interfacing with both IT solutions and analysers to other Information Systems and keep monitoring all IT installed systems and maintain them connected & working. 
• Analyse customer’s IT infrastructure and provide the required support related to the installation and operation of Radiometer IT systems.
• Impart training to the internal team as well as the external customers.

The essential requirements of the job include:

• Graduate in Information Technology or equivalent and at least 5 years relevant experience in Customer IT Service.
• HL7 and ASTM knowledge - Message types (reading, understanding and analysis). Java script programming and Medical Device integration.
• Fluent in Turkish and English
• Server configuration and Mirth Connect knowledge.
• Microsoft SQL server knowledge (Installation, backup, restore, queries and data structure), SSRS (Microsoft report server) knowledge – installation, implementation, report design and implementation.
• Understanding Laboratories and hospitals IT systems workflow. Software general Troubleshooting and Network troubleshooting skills.

Travel & Physical/Environment Requirements:

• Ability to travel – 15% travel, overnight, within Turkey and rest of Central region.
• Ability to lift, move or carry equipment up to 15Kg, any other physical requirements
