Job Description

We are looking for a skilled Level 2 IT Support Engineer to join our team in Istanbul. You will be responsible for providing advanced technical support and troubleshooting services. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who enjoys working in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.


Key Responsibilities:


  • Manage and maintain Windows PC/laptop environments using Active Directory, including the use of Group Policy Objects (GPOs).
  • Provide support for Windows 7-10, Microsoft Office 365, and various enterprise-level applications.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve hardware and software issues, ensuring all incidents are logged and managed through the helpdesk ticketing system.
  • Handle mobile device management, including iOS and Android devices, as well as enterprise encryption solutions.
  • Work closely with internal teams to ensure that SLAs are met and that high-quality customer service is delivered.
  • Be adaptable and ready to work off-hours or weekends when required for projects or emergency support.

Requirements

What We’re Looking For:


  • A Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or a related field.
  • Certifications such as CompTIA A+, Microsoft Certified Professional (MCP), or equivalent.
  • Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities.
  • A willingness to learn and adapt in a rapidly changing industry.

Location: This is an onsite position based in Mecidiyekoy, Istanbul.


Salary: Competitive, with the potential for negotiation based on experience.
