Role Overview: We are seeking an experienced IT Project Manager to lead and manage IT projects and transition efforts. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring that project objectives are met within the allocated budget and timeline. This role requires coordination with IT staff from external client organizations to address both operational and project-related issues. The IT Project Manager will also play a key role in providing IT solutions in response to client RFPs and RFIs, collaborating with various internal teams to ensure that solutions align with current infrastructure capacities.


Key Responsibilities:


  • Lead IT project management for new initiatives and transition efforts, ensuring alignment with organizational standards and minimizing post-commissioning issues.
  • Coordinate with external client IT staff to address operational and project-related concerns.
  • Develop IT solutions in response to client RFPs and RFIs, collaborating with Sales, Business teams, and IT platform groups (Networks, Voice, Security, Telecom, etc.) to ensure comprehensive scoping.
  • Ensure that independent projects integrate seamlessly into the master project plan.
  • Support business development efforts, new site build-outs, and manage MIS activities for the IT Projects function.
  • Define project tasks and required resources, allocating resources effectively.
  • Assemble and manage project teams, creating schedules and timelines for project deliverables.
  • Track project deliverables and monitor progress, providing support and direction to team members.
  • Lead quality assurance efforts and implement necessary changes to meet project outputs.
  • Evaluate and assess project results, publishing dashboards and reports for stakeholders.

Requirements:


  • Minimum of 8 years of experience in IT project management, preferably in a BPO or contact center environment.
  • English and Turkish advanced skills must have
  • Proven track record of successfully managing multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • Proficient in applying project management techniques, including execution, control, and closure.
  • Experience in providing technology solutions for Network, Voice, and Telecom capabilities.
  • Strong understanding of technology project management, particularly in managing complex IT projects with interdependencies in BPO/contact center environments.
  • Proven ability to collaborate with IT professionals in a virtual team setting.
  • Skilled in managing trade-offs between cost, time, and quality during project transitions.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to leverage organizational hierarchy to meet project timelines and objectives.
  • In-depth knowledge of application environments, LAN, WAN, Telecom, and Voice platforms, with an appreciation for the interplay between these groups.
  • Strong analytical, interpersonal, and team management skills.
  • Familiarity with industry-standard products such as Cisco and Avaya.
  • Understanding of IT Service Delivery and ITIL practices.
  • Relevant certifications such as PMP, PRINCE2 Practitioner, or ITIL v3 are preferred.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Project and other project management tools.
  • Experience in aligning business and IT strategies.
